What's the "+"?


Some of our class formats include an additional section of core and/or resistance training exercise.

Zumba® Basic + Core:

This added "plus" gives you a core workout designed to chisel your abs and strengthen your back, shoulders and hips, helping you to discover muscles you didn't know you had! You will experience improved strength in your core, hips and shoulders, and gain improvements in your endurance and balance which results in better performance in your daily activities. Zumba Toning® + Circuit:

Moving around a challenging circuit of resistance and cardio stations to build muscle, strength, endurance & flexibility, each week you will experience different exercises using a variety of equipment that works your body from top to bottom and front to back, while keeping your heart rate pumping to create the ultimate metabolic "after burn". The circuit includes TRX® Suspension Training® system utilizing multi-planar training integrating all motions and real life movement. Led by NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, Lucy Lehman.
